Signing in needs the mobile number or email you registered with and your password. The app keeps a session open for around thirty days; the browser drops it much sooner, especially if you clear site data or use private windows.

সাইন ইন করতে লাগে যে মোবাইল নম্বর বা ইমেইল দিয়ে রেজিস্টার করেছেন সেটা আর আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড। অ্যাপ প্রায় ত্রিশ দিন সেশন খোলা রাখে; ব্রাউজার অনেক আগেই ছেড়ে দেয়, বিশেষ করে সাইট ডেটা মুছলে বা প্রাইভেট উইন্ডো ব্যবহার করলে।

Try the mobile number instead of the email, or the other way round. Many accounts are registered with both and only one is indexed for login.

A lock is usually a verification step rather than a punishment. It triggers on a first large withdrawal, on a login from an unfamiliar country, or when the wallet name and account name stop matching. Uploading a clear photo of a national ID normally clears it within a day. Refusing to verify does not keep the account open — it simply keeps the balance stuck.

Turn on two-factor authentication the day you register, before there is a balance worth stealing. And never sign in over public wi-fi in a café or a station — mobile data costs a few taka and removes the entire category of problem.
